This Amendment extends the proposal submittal date to Tuesday, 07 Jan 2020 at 10AM Eastern Standard Time. This Amendment will include the following attachment: 20191115_AFTC_IFC_Vol.1A (Full Scale) dated 15 Nov 2019, 100 pages. Revised proposal(s) may be forwarded by email. Please submit by the required deadline to Ms. Synease McArthur at Synease.S.Mcarthur@usace.army.mil with a copy to Mrs. Ekaterina Oxley at Ekaterina.Oxley@usace.army.mil. Proof of bid guarantees maybe submitted via email; however, original Bid guarantees shall be mailed into the Contracting Office at 803 Front Street, Norfolk VA 23510 no later than 07 Jan 2020 at 10:00am EST. ProjNet Responses due date remains unchanged. ONLY THOSE OFFERORS WHO SUBMITTED PROPOSALS BY THE ORIGINAL SOLICITATION DATE AND SUBMITTED TIMELY PROPOSAL REVISISIONS BASED ON EARLIER AMENDMENTS OR DISCUSSION EVALUATION NOTICES ARE PERMITTED TO RESPOND TO THIS AMENDMENT.
