Description

On behalf of the 99th Readiness Division, the U.S. Army Contracting Command � New Jersey has Construction Project, CSS# 9888-2: Repair OMS Facility - Fort Belvoir, VA (VA020). �The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, technical support, supervision and transportation to accomplish all work in accordance with the Specifications of Work (SOW). �All tasks identified in the SOW shall be performed and completed. �Renovations shall include but are not limited to the removal and replacement of shop storage caging, two mezzanines, doors and windows, interior and exterior lighting, five roll-up doors and associated components, modernizing latrine and custodial closet. �Contractor shall supply and install a central compressed air system and modernize the Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. �Contractor shall replace OMS building roof, selected gutters and downspouts. Please see attachments for additional information on how to propose.
