Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Department of the Navy Directorate for Administration, Logistics, and Operations Contract Management Division (DALO CMD) intends to award a firm fixed-price sole source procurement with The American Society of Military Comptrollers, Inc., 415 N. Alfred Street, Suite 3, Alexandria, VA� 22314-5326, to provide: *Specialized Professional Development Training. This development and training is proprietary and can only be provided by The American Society of Military Comptrollers, Inc. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430. Interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. An Other Than Full and Open Competition Justification follows this notice. The circumstances permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, ""Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements."" The intent of this synopsis is to determine if any sources exist, and therefore, no Request for Quote (RFQ) is available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all information received by 30 June 2020 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon the responses received from this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses are to be submitted to frances.malson@navy.mil, NLT noon, EST, on 30 June 2020.
