- This is a Request for Information (RFI) Notice requesting comments to the draft Program Description (PD) or Scope of Work (SOW) for a new rural/peri-urban Sanitation Activity in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). The purpose of this RFI is to obtain feedback from stakeholders prior to the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in DRC potentially issuing a solicitation. This RFI is not a Request for Application (RFA)/Request for Proposal (RFP). Therefore, USAID/DRC is not accepting applications at this time; only information requested in this RFI will be reviewed.
