- Description
- The 409th CSB, Regional Contracting Office for the BENELUX anticipates a requirement for an English Speaking Catholic Musician for the JFC Brunssum Chapel in the Netherlands. This is for one base year and two option years. It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be released on or about July 10, 2020 with an anticipated award date on or about July 31, 2020. The services of a Religious Music fall under the USAG Benelux Chaplain�s Religious Support Program as defined in the Commander�s Master Religious Program (CMRP).� The mission of the Chaplain�s Religious Support Program is to provide military religious support activities that meet the religious requirements of Soldiers, Families, and authorized civilians.� Religious Support includes religious services; rites, sacraments, and ordinances; pastoral care/counseling; religious education; family life ministry, and clinical pastoral education.� The primary goal of the Chaplains� Religious Support Program is to insure the free exercise of religious preference, which is a statutory requirement under USC Title 10.� Worship Services are a Statutory (Title 10) Essential Element of Religion.� The authority for contracting Musicians is outlined in AR 165-1.
