- Update - All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely recieved, must be considered by the agency. *Please note, the Bidder's Library language�has been updated to refelct the following: The Bidder's Library will be available upon request after official RFP release.� NOTICE: This is a synopsis of proposed contract action in accordance with (IAW) FAR Subpart 5.2. This is neither a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor an Invitation for Bid (IFB). This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government, but rather a synopsis prepared IAW FAR 5.207 for the purpose of notifying potential offerors of an upcoming solicitation for services. DESCRIPTION: Hill Air Force Base, AFSC OL:H/PZIEB intends to issue a RFP for the acquisition of Automated Test System Sustainment Initiative II (ATSSI II) services under solicitation FA8201-20-R-0009. The anticipated period of performance will be 7 years with the potential for 9 years. The ATSSI II contract is required for the continued development and sustainment of a Depot Technology infrastructure supportive of OO-ALC mission to perform critical test functions important to the ongoing operational safety, suitability, and effectiveness of multiple Air Force weapon systems/subsystems. More detail information can be found in the draft performance work statement (PWS). Anticipated CLIN structure and unit of issue will be as follows. Identical CLIN structure will be used for any option periods.� Unit of issue for CLINs 0001 and 0003 (and associated option CLINs) will be Months. Unit of issue for CLINs 0002 and 0004-0007 (and associated option CLINs) will be Lot. 0001� System Engineering Labor (FFP) 0002� System Engineering Material (FFP) 0003� Program Management Support (FFP) 0004� Technology Insertion (FFP) 0005� Travel (FFP) 0006� ODCs (CRNF) 0007� CDRLs (Not Separately Priced) In addition to the draft documents posted (PWS, L&M, Pricing Matrix, Sample Task Order, Awardable Task Order, and CDRLs),�the Bidders Library will be�available upon request after official RFP release. Please submit requests to the POCs listed on this posting via email. Foreign participation is not permitted. RESPONSES: Interested parties may submit responses, by email, to the points of contact listed in this posting. Draft documents will be posted as they become available from now until RFP release. The Government encourages vendor feedback on the draft documents. A question and comment matrix is attached and should be utilized when providing feedback. The Government anticipates releasing the official RFP on 5 June 2020; therefore, all responses to draft documents need to be submitted no later than 22 May�2020. Please submit questions as quickly as possible in order to allow the Government adequate time to answer.� All Q&A will be provided to the public through this posting.
