- The USDA Forest Service, Pacific Northwest Research Station,�He'en Latinee Experimental�Forest requires�construction of a remote helipad. The�He'en Latinee Experimental Forest�helipad installation project is�located at�GPS location: 58�41'56""N 134�51'01""W, approximately 40 miles north of Juneau, Alaska. This location is remote and only accessible by�helicoptor.� This work is subject to the Construction Wage Rate Requirements statute. The order of magnitude of this work is estimated to be�between $25,000 and $100,000. This activity is subject to a Total Small set-aside, and is being procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13) through a Request for Quotes (RFQ). For more information, see the attached RFQ and associated documents. Quotes are due at 14:00 Local Alaska Time on 6/26/2020 in an email to john.wright2@usda.gov.
