- HILL AIR FORCE BASE, UTAH Pre-Solicitation Notice SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NUMBER: FA8201-20-R-0013 SUBJECT:� Multi-Purpose Live Training Structure for Hill AFB POC:� Josh Harward, Contracting Officer, (801) 777-2785, joshua.harward@us.af.mil 2d Lt Navila Prado, Contracts Manager, (801) 775-4499, navila.prado.1@us.af.mil ISSUED: 22 June 2020 CONTRACT INFORMATION This is a pre-solicitiation notice, and it is not a request for proposals. Address any questions via email to the POCs identified above no later than 2:00 pm (MST) on 7 July 2020. The Government intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract, restricted to a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) only. Any requests for information submitted by a contractor that is not SDVOSB will not be considered. The disclosure of magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The following are tentative dates and are subject to change: Issuing invitations: 22 July 2020 Opening bids: 21 July 2020 Completing contract performance: 240 days after Notice to Proceed Plans will be available for inspection without charge at Civil Engineering Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Invitation for Bids: N/A The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred. PROJECT INFORMATION The Fire and Emergency Services Department at Hill Air Force Base (AFB) requires a pre-fabricated live fire training structure that is to be assembled to meet or exceed IBS and government standards. It shall comply with a Fire Emergency Services training requirements IAW the various training station components of NFPA. A partial but non-exhaustive list of requirements includes a 5 level high angle rescue train, 2 level residential/industrial training are with integrated roof cutting trainer, forcible entry, collapsed floor, and entanglement training points. The location of work will be at Hill AFB. The Period of Performance is 240 days after notice to proceed. NAICS 332999: All other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing � 750 employees
