- Description
- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract for FSC 2995 Dynafocal Mount Subassembly.� A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort.� This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 2995-012403939.� The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance.� This is a FAR 15 effort.� The below NSN has been identified for this current action.� If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 2995-012403939 Dynafocal Mount Subassembly Estimated Annual Demand Qty � 56 each Minimum Order Quantity � 14 each Maximum Order Quantity � 56 each This Solicitation is unrestricted, Other than full and open competition under statutory authority U.S.C.2304(c)(1) The approved source of supply is as follows: LORD CORPORATION DBA Aerospace 76005 P/N LM-200-66 FOB: Origin I/A: Origin This is a Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI) as well as a Critical Application Item.� Delivery is 291 Days ARO SURGE is not required for this procurement. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order.
