Description
This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract for FSC 2995 Dynafocal Mount Subassembly.� A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort.� This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 2995-012403939.� The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance.� This is a FAR 15 effort.� The below NSN has been identified for this current action.� If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 2995-012403939 Dynafocal Mount Subassembly Estimated Annual Demand Qty � 56 each Minimum Order Quantity � 14 each Maximum Order Quantity � 56 each This Solicitation is unrestricted, Other than full and open competition under statutory authority U.S.C.2304(c)(1) The approved source of supply is as follows: LORD CORPORATION DBA Aerospace 76005 P/N LM-200-66 FOB: Origin I/A: Origin This is a Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI) as well as a Critical Application Item.� Delivery is 291 Days ARO SURGE is not required for this procurement. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. Best value selection methods will be used.� Pricing will be evaluated using the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD).� A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.� From the DIBBS Homepage, select �Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)� from the menu under the tab �Solicitations.�� Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.� RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).� To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.� This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com.� A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors.� The solicitation package must be complete in its entirety prior to submission.� The Solicitation will be available on or about July 7, 2020.
