- The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Quality Lapel Pin, Inc., for retirement plauques, FBI wreath and service key reproduction.�This requirement is for the Finance and Facilities�Division HQ. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Ricardo Tiggle�by email. The email address is rtiggle@@fbi.gov.
