- AFMETCAL IDIQ MAC The United States Air Force, AFLCMC/AFMETCAL, 813 Irving Wick Dr. W., Horton Building, Heath, OH 43056-1199 Description:�� THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY (Not a notice of Solicitation) This request is for information only and is issued by the Air Force Metrology and Calibration (AFMETCAL) in Heath, OH solely for information, planning purposes, and market research.� It does not constitute a formal solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or a promise to issue a formal solicitation.� Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the government to form a binding contract.� AFMETCAL does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice.� The government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this sources sought.� All costs associated with responding to this sources sought will be solely at the responding party's expense.� Market research is being conducted to identify qualified commercial sources for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) to provide support to authorized Air Force customers for all Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) necessary to perform their missions.� It is expected this IDIQ MAC will allow for the rapid acquisition of commercial items and fielding the latest commercial technology.� The intent is to award multiple contracts to small and large businesses who are interested in providing TMDE to the Air Force.� TMDE will be identified in individual delivery orders as requirements arise and those sources under the IDIQ MAC will be given fair opportunity to compete.� It is anticipated the period of performance will be for a base period and four (4) one-year option periods.� NAICS 334516 was selected for posting this Sources Sought only as an overarching NAICS, but this Sources Sought covers the following NAICS: ���� - 334513, 334514, and 334515 with a size standard of 750 employees; ���� - 334516 and 334517 with a size standard of 1,000 employees; and, ����� - 334519 with a size standard of 500 employees.
