Description

SYNOPSIS:� NOTICE OF INTENT�TO AWARD A SINGLE SOURCE CONTRACT: The 325th Contracting Squadron, Tyndall AFB, Florida, intends to negotiate a single source contract with Steris Corp. for Preventive Repair/Maintenance on Tyndall's existing Steris Steam Sterilizer and�Steris Steam�Generator�machines in accordance with the attached single source document. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures in accordance�Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities, and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact. Such capabilities and qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.� A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the government This�synopsis�is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will not be responsible for any incurred costs in preparation of responses, proposals or quotes. Any responses to this notice shall be submitted to�Nelson Kraemer�at�nelson.kraemer@us.af.mil (850-283-2974). Responses are due no later than�8 July 2020, 1:00 PM Central Standard Time.
