- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Todd Steele LLC of Midvale, UT for Preventative Maintenance for CNC machines. NAICS 811219 applies, The small business size standard is $22 Million. The Contractor shall provide all software updates, system operational training (remote & onsite) for VA employees and preventive maintenance of Central Fabrication Unit (CFU) Production Equipment, at the Northern Indiana Health Care Systems, 1700 East 38TH Street, Marion, IN 46953-4568, for the period of Date of Award through June 30, 2021 with four (4) one (1) year options, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of this contract.. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 3:30 pm on June 30, 2020.
