- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), on behalf of its Physical Security Programs Branch�intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price commercial contract for the purchase of an Annual Maintenance Service Agreement for five (5) x-ray machines located in three (3) different locations: Martinsburg, WV, Washington, DC and Beltsville, MD. The purchase of this service maintenance agreement ensures that the five-(5) x-ray machine units will be functioning properly so necessary testing can be performed.
