Description

Notice of Intent: Regional Healthcare Contracting Office-Central, Tooele Army Depot intends to award a sole source contract with ALS Group USA for comprehensive laboratory sample analysis. ALS Environmental is the only lab in the state of Utah that performs chemical analysis that is commercially available to the public. Award will be made on or about�31 July�2020. The NAICS code 541380, size standard is $16.5M. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal,or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation number is W81K00-20-Q-0154, and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent and the final Justification and Approval (J&A) document. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, within�5 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
