Description

Notice of Intent The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, intends to award a sole source contract with Agilent Technologies for Immunohistochemistry (IHC) products for use on the Government owned Autostainer Link system with accompanying Pre-treatment unit. Request is for brand name supplies of 2,500 slides using six (6) Agilent EnVisionTMFLEX+ High pH kits. �The Envision FLEX+ High pH kits are designed, optimized and validated on the Autostainer Link system currently owned by Evans Army Community Hospital. The kits are proprietary from the manufacturer. �The period of performance is 1 October 2020 to 30 September 2023 for the base and two (2) one year options. The award will be made on or about 1 September 2020. The NAICS code 325413, size standard 1250 employees. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements. The solicitation number is W81K00-20-Q-0157, and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent and the final Justification and Approval (J&A) document. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, within�5 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
