- The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department Groton Office, Groton, CT intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to: JNT Holding Corporation for custom modified (1) Jack Mock Safety, Part Nr. Jack C5/514 CC-FL, (1) Jack Cylinder Arm Cover-Stitch Machine, Part Nr. Jack 8669, and (1) Jack Multi-Function Keyhole Eyelet Machine to include onsite installation, operations and equipment manuals, onsite training, and shipping and delivery FOB Destination to Navy Clothing and Textile Research Facility in Natick, MA 01760. This purchase will be done under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 30 June 2020. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
