Description

The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to issue a solicitation for test support services for the US Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) at Aberdeen, MD. This full and open competition solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five (5) year ordering period and up to seven (7) years of performance. Test support services are required in the following Functional Areas: Ammunition Operations; Compliance and Program Support; Engineering and Scientific Support; Facilities Design and Maintenance; Test and Electronic Instrumentation Operation; Marine Operations and Maintenance; Vehicle and Equipment Operations and Maintenance; Technical Test Support; and Test Range/Facility Operations Support; and Environmental operations and maintenance. There is no solicitation available at this time. This notice will serve as the synopsis IAW FAR 5.201, with an official Request for Proposal (RFP) to follow. The official release of the solicitation will be posted on the beta.sam website located at the following address: https://fbohome.sam.gov/. The on-line version of the RFP will include all documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of the solicitation will be issued. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents. Esther Casari is the POC for this action at esther.casari.civ@mail.mil.
