- This solicitation posting is being edited to issue and updated responses to pre-proposal inquiries with A0003.� ___________________________________________________________________________________ This solicitation posting is being edited to issue Amendment A0003 to N00024-20-R-4405.� This amendment issues responses to pre-proposal inquiries, as well as incorporates changes to the following attachments: (1) issues�Errata #7 and Errata #8 to Attachment #J-1, (2) issues updated Attachment J-3, J-4, and J-8, and (3) issues an Attachment S-5.�� The proposal deadline has not been extended with this amendment.� In addition, there is no Errata #6 being issued with this solicitation.� See Amendment documents for all changes.� _____________________________________________________________________________________ This solicitaiton posting is being edited to issue Amendment A0002 to N00024-20-R-4405.� This amendment incporporates changes related to Section L; specifically extends the deadline for PPI receipt, and Ship Checks.� The proposal submission deadline has not been extended with A0002. _____________________________________________________________________________________ This solicitation posting is being edited to issue Amendment A0001 to N00024-20-R-4405.� This amendment incorporates an updated Section C, incorporates Errata #5 into the J-1 work package, and issues an updated J-4, Pricing Workbook.� In addition, the Government is issuing responses to bidder questions.� All of the documents pertinent to this amendment, A0001, are included in the zipped file, N00024.20.R.4405_A0001.� The proposal submission deadline has not been extended.� _______________________________________________________________________________ The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is issuing solicitation N00024-20-R-4405 for the execution of the FY21 USS COMSTOCK (LSD 45) Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA). Interested Offerors should monitor the beta.SAM.gov page for the release of the any applicable amendments to this solicitation. This Request for Proposals (RFP) posting includes restricted attachments.� Potential Offerors will need to request access to Attachment J-1 (Specification Package No. TPPC-LSD45-SWRMC21-CN01), inclusive of Erratas #1 through #4, �Attachment J-3 (USS COMSTOCK Milestones), Attachment J-4 (USS COMSTOCK Milestones Pricing Workbook), and Attachment J-9 (Compartment Closeout).� In order to receive access to Attachment J-2 (Work Item Plans, Drawings and Other References), provide a written request to� the Contract Specialist, Shalonda Crumity, at shalonda.crumity@navy.mil with a copy to the Contracting Officer, Erica E. Fetter at �erica.fetter@navy.mil.� Include your company's DUNS number with the request so that contractor status can be confirmed in the�System for Award Management located at (https://www.sam.gov/SAM/).��This attachment will be transmitted via DoD SAFE as multiple zipped files. �� In addition, there are references that contain limiting distribution statements and will not be disseminated from the Contract Specialist.� In these instances, Offerors must contact the Southwestern Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) technical librarian POC to arrange access.� This POC is Sonia Moran, at sonia.moran@navy.mil, (619-556-3458).� The Government does not anticipate requiring access to any confidential/classified information for the work associated with this solicitation.� If a potential Offeror would require access to this type of information, it is requested that the Offeror submit a Pre-proposal inquiry (PPI) in accordance with solicitation requirements. The Government anticipates making a single award on or around September 2020, subject to the availability of funding. The availability start date is anticipated to be January 2021.
