- Description
- The Regional Health Contracting Office Pacific at Fort Shafter, Hawaii intends to issue a solicitation for a firm-fixed price, non-personal services indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for Clinical Laboratory Testing for COVID-19 at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH), USAMEDDAC-Korea.� This requirement is for an ordering period of 1 October 2020 � 30 September 2025. Required qualifications for clinical laboratory testing services includes but is not limited to: (1) Accreditation by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and/or Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA). � (2) A web address for the test results to be checked.� The website URL shall begin with https://. � (3) Couriers/drivers should have a car/van with functioning A/C.� This vehicle will be utilized to transport the laboratory specimen within temperature-controlled coolers. � (4) Minimum three (3) years of clinical laboratory experience. The proposed acquisition will be solicited as unrestricted.� The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 621511 and the annual size standard is $35.0M.� The solicitation will be available on the beta.SAM.gov website (https://beta.sam.gov/) on or around 10 July 2020.� No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.� The Contracting Officer is Ms. Kanoelani Sing-Ching (kanoelani.c.sing-ching.civ@mail.mil) and the Contract Specialist is Ms. Jayme Nagao (jayme.c.nagao.civ@mail.mil).
