- The Bureau of Land Management, Alaska State Office has a requirement for outhouse pumping along the Dalton Highway, Alaska. Detailed information will be included in the solicitation package. The solicitation will be available at https://beta.sam.gov/ on or about June 25, 2020. Offers will be due July 7, 2020. The solicitation is subject to the provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. This procurement is a set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 562991 size standard $8.00 million. Offerors must have a Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) number and register at www.sam.gov (System for Award Management) to be eligible for award of any federal contact.
