- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1305M2-20-Q-02565 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06.� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � ��� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Greater Atlantic Regional Fisheries Office (GARFO), 55 Great Republic Drive, Gloucester, MA 01930, has a requirement for a mobile kiosk display.� The manufactured display shall be delivered no later than January 31, 2021. Quote shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor�s quote.� The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on the Best Value/Trade Off. This RFQ is 100% small business set-aside associated NAICS code is 541430, Graphic Design Services, with a size standard of $8 million. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any, and; Provide a technical description of the product being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. Past Performance References for no more than three (3) current/previous contracts performed within the last three (3) years that are of a similar nature to this solicitation. All questions must be submitted in writing to Natasha.Thieman@noaa.gov by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on July 6, 2020. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. Contractors are encouraged to register with the Contract Opportunities Vendor Notification Service as well as the Interested Vendors List for this acquisition (see applicable tab within Contract Opportunities where this synopsis/solicitation is posted). Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on July 9, 2020; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made on a Best Value/Trade Off basis. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to Natasha.Thieman@noaa.gov. The anticipated award date is on or about July 15, 2020. The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of quotes. It is the Contractor�s responsibility to request and receive a confirmation of the quote receipt.
