- The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation, request for quotation number 70Z02320QMMZ28400, for unlimited access to online training courses and/or off site instructor lead training courses to 300 team members of the National Maritime Center on an annual basis. The National Maritime Center includes one centralized location, 17 Regional Exam Centers, and three Monitoring Units with separate locations.� Training subjects to be available for the following broad categories: Administrative, Business, Communication, Computer Software, Customer Service, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Management & Leadership, Marketing, OSHA & Work Place Safety, Personal Development, Project Management, and Time Management. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12/13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99.
