- Solicitation packages will be available on or about 06/25/2020. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and disposal required to Repair the Waterfront at U.S. Coast Guard Station Provincetown, Massachusetts. The work includes but is not limited to installation of cathodic protection pile jackets, repair concrete spalls and cracks on each of the assets, repair expansion joints, and sink holes.� The project will also replace the timber wave screen, grout topping on the caissons and floating dock pile guides. Optional work items in addition to the base bid items mentioned above include breakwater repairs, small craft berthing repairs and seawall repairs. This invitation for bid is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14, and is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns in accordance with FAR Part 19.5. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 with a small business size standard of $36.5 Million. The magnitude of construction range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bid, payment, and performance bonds will be required. The overall performance period for this project is 210 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed.� The bid opening date is scheduled for 07/28/2020 at 2:00 pm.
