- HOME - Automatic Gate Openers Solicitation 140P6020Q0022 The work for this project consists of replacing two (2) controllers and wireless keypads and installing new automatic gate openers at Freeman School. The park has four sets of gates. One located at the Visitor Center, one at the Education Center and Two at Freeman School. The Visitor center and the Educational Center gates currently have automatic gate openers. These automatic gate openers currently have capability of 20 or less code that can be entered. The Freeman School gates do not have automatic gate openers. Project Location: Homestead National Monument of America, Beatrice, Nebraska 68310-6743 THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under NAICS Code 238290 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors in accordance with FAR 52.219-6 and 15 U.S.C. 644. CONTRACTING POC: Adam Kircher, adam_kircher@nps.gov GENERAL INFORMATION: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is Between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code: 238290 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, small business size standard, $16.5 Million. SITE VISIT: All interested contractors are strongly encouraged to attend a site visit. Please see solicitation provision FAR 52.236-27 Site Visit, for additional information. CONSTRUCTION DURATION: 21 business Days from Notice to Proceed. REQUIRED BONDS: REQUIRED BONDS: REQUIRED BONDS: REQUIRED BONDS: The contractor is required to provide one (1) or more of the following payment protection: A payment bond(SF-25a) 100 percent of the original contract price or an irrevocable letter of credit (ILC). Insurance will be required for this project. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm-Fixed Price REQUIRED SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS: 1. Completed CLIN Schedule 2. Itemized breakdown for each CLIN to include labor hours, material, rental costs, subcontractor cost, overhead, bonds and profit. 3. See Section L for Technical Capability and Past Performance requirements. 4. Provide your company's DUNS number and CAGE Code under which your offer is made. 5. Quotes shall be valid for 60 days after close of solicitation. Be advised that this requirement may be delayed, canceled, or revised at any time during the process based on decisions related to the Department of the Interior (DOI) and National Park Service (NPS) changes.
