- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be open for less than 30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-20-Q-8453. Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase the following a two-channel power amplifier for a specific challenging application and very restrictive form factor, on a Sole-Source, Firm Fixed Price basis: CLIN# 0001 Description: Prototype General Purpose 2 Channel Power Module. Not packaged in a can and without updated stacks. P/N MD2004802A-PROTO Quantity: 1 each ����������������������������������������������������������������������� ����������� ����������������������� The above item must meet the following minimum specifications. MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS/SALIENT FEATURES (1) 2-channel wideband amplifier (2) Fits inside a cylinder with an outer diameter of 2.2� and length of 4.25� (3) Minimum 50% efficiency QorTek, Inc. of Linden, PA, is the only known source for this item. This requirement is being solicited as a sole source, unrestricted requirement under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 335999, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees.� F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport, Newport, RI. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular. In accordance with DFARS Clause 252.211-7003, the contractor shall provide a unique item identifier (UID) for all delivered items for which the Government�s unit acquisition cost is $5,000.00 or more.
