Description

Description: The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, has a requirement for two (2) Cummins 70kW generators. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-06 (effective June 5, 2020). The solicitation number is 140P8520Q0022, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The NAICS code is 335312 with an associated small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2, and will result in a single firm-fixed price award to a single contractor determined to be responsive and responsible. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items, a purchase order will be issued to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to lisa_henson@nps.gov and reference RFQ 140P8520Q0022. Questions must be received by July 2, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time to be considered for response. QUOTES ARE DUE AT 5:00 P.M. PACIFIC TIME (PT) ON Friday, July 10, 2020. Only emailed quotes to will be accepted. Quotes must be submitted by email directly to lisa_henson@nps.gov. THIS SYNOPSIS PAGE CONTAINS ONLY A PARTIAL AMOUNT OF INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SOLICITATION. The SF-18, specifications, provisions, and clauses make a complete solicitation package.
