- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is RileyCIDCMM0001 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621 with a small business size standard of $20.50M. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com, will end on: 2020-06-26 17:00:00.0 Eastern Time. This time supersedes the Offers Due Time listed above. FOB Destination shall be Fort Riley, KS 66442 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: The unit requests installation of a CCTV/Surveillance system with the following specifications (similar to ""CCTV Kit Example"" attached or a doorbell type camera system). Specifications - Cameras (4 outdoors, 1 indoor): five (5) total; locations include the front door, side doors, and the lobby (indoor only) - Motion detection (Receive instant alerts when motion is detected) - Night Vision - 2-way communication to see, hear and speak - Video recording ; Additions 1. User training on the new equipment 2. Warranty ; Disclaimers 1. Seller is required to purchase, deliver and install all equipment and software associated with this contract. 2. Seller will provide a design prior to execution that is approved by the buyer. *includes installation, labor and system setup *stand-alone network *NO software/client of a recurring subscription, 1, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions must be submitted by using the 'Submit a Question' feature at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, MICC End User intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison, Inc. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MICC End User is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitaition-related information for all Federal agencies. Interested bidders/offerors must register with BetaSAM.GOV before accessing the system. (Please note the registration for access to the secure site takes approximately 15 business days. PLAN ACCORDINGLY) Reference paragraph 4.7 of the Vendor Guide for instructions to obtain a MPIN to retrieve the specification and drawing documents. Contractors who do not already have a MPIN are advised that the normal processing is 7 to 12 business days to obtain a MPIN password that will give them access to the plans and specifications, which are located in the controlled access location on BetaSAM.GOV. See video in vendor guide at 3.3 on advanced functions for other information. Bidders/offerors who have registered with BetaSAM.GOV must access the data for this solicitation with their MPIN. Bidders/offerors cannot log into the BetaSAM.GOV home page and search for data. Amendments, if/when issued will be posted to https://beta.sam.gov/ for electronic downloading.
