Description
Blanket Purchase Request for Fuel, Oil, & Lubricants for Navigation & Hydropower Plant Facilities & Equipment This Sources Sought Notice will be utilized by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Nashville District to establish a list of sources interested in Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for the supply of Fuel and Oil products. A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as defined by FAR 13.303(a) is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies or services by establishing �� charge accounts � with qualified sources of supply. The BPA does not guarantee, nor obligate the Government to, any orders to a BPA holder in any way. The agreements will have a period of performance of five (5) years from the date the Master Agreement is established. As supplies are required, the Government will issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to vendors actively holding a BPA Master Agreement. BPA holders will not be required to quote on every RFQ. Quotes will be required to be submitted electronically, via email, or fax. Interested Vendors should be capable of delivering various types and quantities of Fuel and Oil products to the Cumberland River and Tennessee River Systems. Detailed locations for deliveries can be found in the BPA Terms and Conditions attached to this notice. To be eligible for a BPA, an Interested Vendor SHALL have an active record in the System for Award Management (SAM), at www.sam.gov. Please list your business size, Cage Code, and Unique Identifier Number (Previously known as DUNS) when submitting your responses to Alison.T.Abernathy@usace.army.mil. �Your participation in this matter would be greatly appreciated. � Please complete the attached Market Survey and email to Alison.t.abernathy@usace.army.mil no later than 11:00 am CST on July 2, 2020.
