- POST AWARD NOTIFICATION OF SOLE SOURCE AWARD This notice informs all of a sole source award to General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), also known as CSRA LLC, 3170 Fairview Park Dr., Falls Church, VA, 22042-4516, on 22 June 2020, for the Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase of vShip software licenses under Contract Award #N61340-20-P-0048. This procurement was solicited under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements� �Only One Responsible Source�, with an associated North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 511210 (Software Publishers) with a size standard of $41.5M. This procurement was awarded using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) outlined in FAR Part 13 by Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD / N61340) in Orlando, Florida 32826. A combined synopsis/solicitation for these items was prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13.106(b)(i), a Determination Memorandum for Sole Source Acquisitions for Simplified Acquisitions, and was posted under Solicitation #N61340-20-R-0084 from 2 April 2020 to 13 April 2020 on the Government Point of Entry, Beta.sam.
