Description

This Request for Quote no. 36C25920Q0476 replaces the canceled solicitations, 36C25920Q0339 and 36C25920Q0239, which were both previously published on Contract Opportunities site at BETA.sam.gov between March 10th, 2020, and May 12th, 2020. PURPOSE OF THE NEW RFQ: The previous solicitations, 36C25920Q0239 and 36C25920Q0339, are cancelled. The intention of posting this replacement RFQ 36C25920Q0476 is to alleviate confusion in the requirement based on the numerous amendments issued under solicitations 36C25920Q0239 and 36C25920Q0339. There are minimal changes to the Performance Work Statement in RFQ 36C25920Q0476. The timeframes of the Price Schedule have been extended in RFQ 36C25920Q0476. These changes do not vary much from the requirements in solicitations 36C25920Q0239 and 36C25920Q0339. Amendment 0007 of the canceled RFQ 36C25920Q0239 included the same Performance Work Statement (with slightly less detail) and was published on April 29th, 2020. RFQ 36C25920Q0339 also included the same Performance Work Statement (with slightly less detail). Vendors must follow �Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors�Commercial Items�, located in Section E of the RFQ. SITE VISITS AND RFQ EXTENSIONS: Vendors have been provided enough time to provide a quote for this requirement and the changes to the PWS are minimal. Vendors were provided an opportunity for a Site Visit following the publication of Amendment 0006 of RFQ 36C25920Q0239 on April 26th, 2020. The government does not anticipate extending the due date for receipt of offers against this new RFQ 36C25920Q0476. SET ASIDE: This is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). THE REQUIREMENT: VA requires a contractor to provide consistent and reliable ongoing wireless internet access (WIFI) for use by VA patients, to include installation of equipment as well as repair and maintenance, at the Montana VA Health Care System, in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS). ATTACHED DOCUMENTS: Vendors are highly encouraged to thoroughly review the attached documents and solicitation posted as attachments on Contract Opportunities on BETA.sam.gov. All documents are available under the original solicitation. Vendors are encouraged to review the History at the bottom of the page. Vendor are also advised to address queries with technical support staff at BETA.sam.gov if there are issues viewing or downloading the solicitation attachments from this site. SF1449 TAKES PRECEDENCE OVER WEB DISPLAYS: Vendors should note the due date for quotes as it is represented in the attached solicitation. The due date for offers is displayed on page 1 of the solicitation, SF1449. The SF1449 and solicitation documents (attached) take precedence over information displayed on the Contract Opportunities site at BETA.sam.gov.
