- This is a posting notice for the redacted Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) associated with NOAA's Notice of Intent for Sole Source Award ""NEEO2000-20-00326"" to develop, deploy, and provide operations support for NOAA's SWFO-L1 observatory�s C2 element.� This posting notice does not constitute a RFP�for the SWFO-L1 observatory C2 element, nor does it restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice nor will it reimburse firms for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. A NOAA-AGO Ombudsman has been appointed to consider and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition. Concerned parties should first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendation to the Contracting Officer for resolution�before consulting the Ombudsman.
