- Justification and Approval for other than full and open competition (J&A) to issue a modification to include the provision of technical support on the demand, supply, warehousing and distribution of COVID-19 commodities to enable a coordinated effort across South Africa to ensure the supporting the immediate need for COVID-19 commodities management while also maintaining the stability of the HIV commodities supply chain and avoid a disruption of essential HIV services.� Specific activities to be implemented under the task order set forth below.
