- Description
- This requirement is for the Replacement of Air Conditioner at Building 315 Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The work includes to provide an efficient Direct Expansion-Air Cooled Screw Chiller System similar to existing to the existing chiller and a new control system capable to control and monitor the existing air handling units (AHU). This requirement is issued as 100% Small Business HUBZone Set Aside. The NAICS Code is 238220 w ith a size standard of $15,000,000.00. The resulting contract w ill be a Firm Fixed Price. The magnitud of this project is betw een $250,000 and $500,000. Attachment 1, Drawings Attachment 2, Site and Equipment Photos Bid Bond required for this requirement at 20% of the total proposed amount. Hard copies of the IFB will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the BETA.SAM website at https://beta.sam.gov for status of IFB and amendments, if any. All hand delivered bids shall include a CD/DVD with identical information to the hard copy version. It is the bidder's responsibility that bid submitted, regardless of method of transmission, is received in this office prior to the time and date for receipt of bids. The IFB will be posted and accessed electronically by the public at https://beta.sam.gov. The IFB will not be mailed out or faxed. Bidders submitting bids that are not registered in System for Award Management database at http://www.sam.gov website may not be eligible for award.
