- SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Regional Procurement Office, 6162 S Willow Drive, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to solicit sources to enter into one firm-fixed price contracts to provide on-site Registered Respiratory Technician (RRT) services for its Veteran population at the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System (VASLCHCS) located at 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84148. The Contractor shall provide on-site RRT Services in accordance with specifications contained the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the VASLCHCS. The standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC). Services shall be for a one-year base period with four one-year pre-priced option periods for renewal. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about June 3, 2020. Proposals submitted shall be due no later than 4:00 p.m., Mountain Time, on June 16, 2020. The applicable NAICS code is 621111 with a small business size standard of $12.0 million. This solicitation is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Business VOSB. The solicitation reference is 36C259-20-R-0109, On-site Registered Respiratory Therapy Services, and should be referenced in all correspondence/inquiries. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided. Any amendments to this solicitation will be available at the website and offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to this solicitation at the website prior to the time of responding to the solicitation.
