- Image-based Coral Surveys at Mid-Depth Rocky Reefs in Central California�s Essential Fish Habitat and Marine Protected Areas per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 541360.� The small business size standard is $16.5M. With your quote please provide per FAR 52.204-24 whether this work will or will not provide covered telecommunications equipment or services. Provision/clause are attached. If your SAM.gov profile has been updated with 52.204-26 provision then this is not needed.�� See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. This is a new requirement, no incumbent. An SF18 is not required.
