- Amendment P0001 provides answers to questions received: 1) Do you have a sample of the quality of animation you are looking for? Sea Grant released videos related to Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill (https://gulfseagrant.org/oilspilloutreach/videos/) 2) Are you looking for 2D or 3D animation? 2D. 3) Are you able to provide descriptions for Factors 3 and 4 to ensure we include all necessary requirements? That was a typo, there are only two Factors. 4) The final deliverable is for a single 3-minute video, correct? Yes, that is correct. This combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of Interior(DOI), U.S. Geological Survey(USGS) has a requirement for the production of a EDUCATIONAL VIDEO in accordance with the attached solicitation. The synopsis/solicitation number is 140G0220Q0160 and is being issued as a Request for Quote(RFQ). The policies contained in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in Part 13, as appropriate shall be used for this acquisition. This is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The associated NAICS Code is 512110 - Motion Picture and Video Production. A copy of this solicitation may be accessed by clicking ""Attachments/Links"". All requirements for preparation, submission, and receipt of quotes are contained in this solicitation and shall be adhered to.
