- Description
- The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13, a single award Firm-Fixed Price contract for Alconbury & Lakenheath, United Kingdom, DoDEA-Europe West District.� Services will be for a 5-year period, which includes a Base Period of one (1) year and four (4) one-year Option Periods.� The required vehicles are Four (4) 5-door, Compact Hatchback (1- Alconbury and 3- Lakenheath).� Vehicles furnished shall be driven throughout the UK and Europe, and shall have meet the following requirement, as well as those specified in the Statement of Work, once released: Be in good, safe, and serviceable operating condition in accordance with the vehicle�s owner�s manual; Be no more than one-year-old; � Have no more than 20,000 kilometers (12,000 miles) on the odometer on delivery; and Be free of all dirt inside and outside on delivery. DoDEA anticipates posting the solicitation on Beta.Sam within seven (7) calendar days. No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided in response to telephone calls.� All inquiries/questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Ms. Marcia Lee at Marcia.Lee@dodea.edu and Ms. Colleen C. Pritchard at Colleen.Pritchard@dodea.edu with the subject line �HE1254-20-Q-2002 RFP Questions.� � DoDEA reserves the right to send hard copies of the solicitation package directly to local vendors in the Host Nation. Interested parties are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all supporting documents and any applicable amendments posted in Beta.Sam.� Except as stated above, all future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring Beta.Sam to ensure you have the most up to date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
