- �This�is an invitation for bid��for� a competitive firm-fixed price�for The Dalles Thrust Bearing Oil Coolers.� Project Scope: Fabrication of nine main unit coolers, three station coolers. The work requires reverse engineering and providing drawings of the fabricated coolers. The new coolers must be essentially identical to the existing coolers located at The Dalles Dam. The Government intends to furnish 1 each of the coolers as a reference for reverse engineering purposes. Acquisition Method: The solicitation�is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) with Definitive Responsibility Criteria. This acquisition will result in a single firm-fixed-price contract. Set-Asides and Codes: This solicitation is intended to be a Full and Open competition. North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS): 332410 Power Boiler and Heat Exchanger Manufacturing; Size Standard: 750 Employees. PSC: 4420, Heat Exchangers and Steam Condensers. Bid Period: The date of receipt of bids is 29 June 2020. System for Award Management (SAM): Offerors must register in the SAM at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ prior to submission of bids to be considered for an award.
