- The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 CMOP Contracting Office has a requirement to procure the item listed below for delivery to Tucson CMOP to replenish stock. The Product Code is 6505, Drugs & Biologicals; the NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412. All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ, and Quote spreadsheet via email (preferred) to: Kelly.mann@va.gov. The phone number is (913) 684-0150. Solicitation package 36C77020Q0546 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about June 29, 2020, and will close on June 30, 2020(2 PM CST) these dates are subject to change. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offeror s responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments. This will be set-aside to Small Business vendors. The Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) October 2013 is applicable to this procurement. Delivery is needed ARO 8 Days. VENDORS SHOULD BID ON ITEMS THAT THEY HAVE IN STOCK AND CAN PROVIDE ITEM QUOTED. All pharmaceuticals must have pedigree information sent to the CMOP. No backorders please - Facility Inventory is low and demand is high.
