- The purpose of this Amendment 0003 is to: Extend the solicitation closing date; Adjust the CLIN 0010 required quantity; Post answers to questions from the site visit held on 17 June 2020 (see attachment Kitchen QA2); This shall serve as Amendment 0003 and shall be acknowledged when submitting a quote for this requirement. Acknowledgement can be either signing/stamping this page and scanning along with your quote, or simply stating in your email submission that you acknowledge the changes of this (and all) amendments to the solicitation. Any and all changes to this requirement will be communicated via beta.sam.gov. ***We are working on revising the product specifications and will post them via amendment in the�near future. SUMMARY OF CHANGES: (1) The solicitation closing date is hereby extended to 06 August 2020 at 10:00 am (CEST). (2) CLIN 0010 quantity adjustment from 2 to 1; CLIN: 0010 SUPPLIES/SERVICES: 7F, 7G Table Hot Food QUANTITY: 1 UNIT: Each General information: Offeror shall read product description Offeror shall acknowledge all amendments Offeror shall provide subcontracting information (see pages 59 � 60 of solicitation) Offeror shall provide with its quote the End Product Country of Origin for each item to be delivered. Failure to submit this information will result in the Offeror�s quote being technically unacceptable.
