Description
US Government Seeking Expressions of Interest General Services Administration (GSA) wants to lease the following space in Irving, Texas - RLP No. 9TX3325: State:� Texas City:��Irving Delineated Area: North:� Royal Lane East:� TX-12 and I-35 E South:� TX - 183 West:� N Belt Line Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��2,012 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��4,500 ABOA SF Space Type:��Office and related space Parking Spaces (Total):��Per City Code � but must include at a minimum 5 spaces for GOVs Parking Spaces (Surface):��Per City Code � but must include at a minimum 5 spaces for GOVs Parking Spaces (Structured):� 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):� 0 Full Term:��10 years Firm Term:��7 years Additional Requirements: Space offered must be contiguous and have potential for an efficient layout. The space shall be located in a professional office setting. The Government requires a fully serviced lease.� All services, janitorial supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are required as part of the fully serviced rent. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Irving, Texas that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
