Description
This is a market survey for Technical Support Services for the Aircraft Certification Branch (AIR) 910 located at Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in OKC, OK. The services needed may need to be performed in OKC, OK, or Des Moines, WA. Please see the attached DRAFT PWS for the work details. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from small� businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, and 8(a) certified firms, capable of providing the required technical support services. The market survey is also being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competion exists to set-aside the competition among service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, or 8(a) certified firms. The NAICS code applicable for this requirement is 541511-Custom Computer Programming Services. The business size standard for this NAICS is $30 million. The following information shall be provided by interested vendors: Capability Statement - this should be limited to 10 pages or less and identify: Type of Services provided by firm Size and�type of previous services provided (detailed) All company information including size standard, contact info, and POC Geographical locations company can perform work Specific Elements Government is Seeking in Capability Statements: Undergraduate/Graduate Degree and 3-5 years of experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau driven dashboards, analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration relevant to this PWS A strong understanding of SQL, relational databases, and normalization Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools Competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.) Ability to transform data into actionable business insights. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM):� This document is limited to not more than two (2) pages. Please provide a rough order of magnitude (ROM) associated with the solution being offered. This is an estimate for budgetary purposes only in $US dollars. The ROM shall�address the Performance Work Statement (draft). Respondents MUST BE ACTIVE in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) All responses to this survey must be received by Monday, July 13, 2020, 4:00 PM, CT. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is NOT seeing OR accepting proposals at this time. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this market survey. Therefore any costs associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. NOTICE for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assitance for transportation related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to procide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
