Description

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. Naval Medical Forces Atlantic intends to negotiate a one-time sole source contract with Hargray Communications Group, Inc. at 856 William Hilton Parkway Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.� Hargray Communications Group is the sole source provider in the area for the annual cable and internet services located at the Naval Hospital Beaufort, Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island Medical Buildings, and Marine Corps Air Station.� The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1)(i). This notice will be distributed solely through the beta SAM website (www.beta.sam.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. �The North American Classification System Code is 811310. Based on market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the government it has been determined NMFA's requirement can only be provided by Hargray Communications Group, Inc. as they are the sole authority authorized to provide these services/product. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to this office by 0900 am, EST, 28 July 2020 by email to Regina Flowers, Contracting Officer, at regina.d.flowers.civ@mail.mil. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Telephone requests will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
