Description

The Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System intends to solicit and award an acquisition for Carto 3 System Software Upgrade (Brand Name Only) on or about July 13, 2020. The performance period for this contract will be from date of award to date of completion. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 339112, with a related small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The proposed action for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, which will be advertised as Total Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The solicitation will be via beta.sam.gov website. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07 07/02/2020. It is the responsibility of the quoter to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, www.sam.gov.
