- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is W912TF-20-Q-0029, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333318 �Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.� This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The New Hampshire National Guard requires the below CLINs to meet the requirement.� The Statement of Work (SOW) provides details on the requirement: CLIN0001 Products QTY 1, JOB Contractors shall quote all products in the Bill of Material attached.� The Government referenced the brand and model number for its Market Research in the bill of materials.� Contractors shall provide products that meet or exceed the salient characteristics list in the Bill of Material. CLIN0002 Installation, QTY 1, JOB It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to ensure all products fit within the space provided (see drawing 1).� The contractor will be provided a site visit to conduct measurements. Installation shall be IAW state and local codes per the SOW. Period of Performance:� include timeline in your quote: Post award site visit, product delivery schedule and installation The subject of your email must include your company's legal name, state the nature of your email and include the Solicitation Number W912TF-20-Q-0029 For example, the subject of your email should be similar to the following: Quote_Company XXXXX_ W912TF-20-Q-0029 RFI_Company XXXXX_ W912TF-20-Q-0029 Recommended Site Visit: 14 days after posting Notify Primary and Alternate POC if you plan on attending using the format above Request for Information (RFI�s): NLT 5 days after Site visit Government Response to RFI�s: 7 days after receipt of RFI�s The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should contain the offeror�s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; accept other than the lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
