BACKGROUND The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support Construction Project, CSS# 22935 Repave MEP lot and Replace Fence - Fort Belvoir, VA (VA020), see attachment(s) for additional information.� The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. �The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price type contract as a result of the solicitation to be issued.� PLACE OF PERFORMANCE John Singleton Mosby USARC (VA020) 8831 John J. Kingman Rd. Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-6208 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The anticipated period of performance is 180 Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed Date. DISCLOSURE OF THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 36.204, ""Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects,"" the magnitude for this Construction Project is Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
