NAICS Code: 334515 - Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals The U.S. Army Contracting Command � New Jersey, on behalf of U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command � Armaments Center (CCDC AC), at Benet Laboratories, Watervliet, New York is conducting market research to determine the capability of businesses to provide a data acquisition system and accompanying hardware for utilization during testing of armament systems and components that is capable of collecting static and dynamic test data in both a stationary and portable solution with a backup battery. The diverse data collected during testing includes, but is not limited to, strain gauges, linear variable differential transformers, pressure transducers, thermocouples, accelerometers, video, and other various sensors. There are hardware components to physically connect to sensors, hardware components to collect video data synced with other acquired data, and software components to collect and analyze data both in real-time or post-processing. System must be compatible with existing lab hardware through etherCAT connection to sync multiple units together, contain dual 24-bit A/D converters per channel, sample at a 200 KHz rate minimum with anti-alias filtering, have internal bi-polar shunt and internal bridge completion for � bridge at 1000 ohm and � bridge at 120 ohm and 350 ohm, and be compatible with existing DEWESoft X3 software used in other fatigue labs within Benet Laboratories. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Each potential source is requested to provide the contract number(s), dollar value(s) and brief description of work previously or currently being performed, which specifically demonstrates the contractor's ability to successfully satisfy the requirements of Custom Computer Programming Services. �Firms shall also provide point of contact information, where available, for the efforts cited above.� In addition, please provide the firm�s name and address, point of contact with telephone number and email address, CAGE Code and DUNS number, and size of business (i.e. large, small, disadvantaged, veteran owned, woman owned, etc.).
