Description

Coeur d Alene River Ranger District, Idaho Panhandle National Forests (IPNF), for campground renovation, this project includes the removal and replacement of two water holding tanks and necessary piping, removal and replacement of two wastewater holding tanks and associated piping, aggregate haul and placement, new asphalt paving, patching of existing pavement, asphalt pavement chip seal, installation of new precast concrete toilets and storage buildings, construction of wood shade structures and information kiosks, and installation of picnic tables and fire rings. Project also includes removal of existing toilet buildings and storage sheds, stumps, and concrete bollards and pads. Project Location From Coeur d'Alene, drive 28 miles east on Interstate 90, then 26 miles north (Kingston exit) on paved Forest Road No 9, then 11 miles north from Prichard on paved Forest Road 208. Section 30, T51N, R4E Boise Principal Meridian. Estimated start work October 2020 and complete by October 31, 2021. �It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued on or around July 31, 2020, with an onsite prebid meeting TBD. �Project magnitude estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
