Description

This is an �Invitation for Bids�---See Attached Solicitation along with other documents Project Title: Bldg 2419, Provide Air Conditioning System A bid guarantee is required (see clause at FAR 52.228-1). All bid bonds must be originals; photocopies w ill not be accepted. Payment bonds�are required (see clause at FAR 52.228-13) This is a 100% competitive set-aside for an 8(a) contractor under NAICS 238220 w ith a small business size standard of $16.5M. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is betw een $25,000 and $150,000. The aw ardee of this contract w ill be required to provide a Superintendent at all times w ork is being performed on the project (see clause at�FAR 52.236-6). The Superintendent is considered a key position. This position SHALL NOT be subcontracted and must w ork directly for the�prime contractor. Bid opening address: MICC-Fort Bliss, 112 Pershing Rd, Fort Bliss, TX 79916 Resulting contract w ill be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP)
